Why Uncover Lab?
Uncover means to remove a covering.
The name comes from wanting to understand what causes a problem. We want to remove what gets in the way and make something useful from what remains.
Uncover Lab is an independent studio that makes apps and web services. We put them into use and focus on the ones people find useful.
Why “Lab”?
We do not start with a fixed category. We follow a problem, try an idea, and see how people use what we make. What we work on next depends on the people using it.
The symbol carries the same idea. An orange circle sits beneath an arch and extends a little below its baseline. It shows something that was covered starting to appear.
